Terms & Conditions | CampusQ — Smart Coaching Management Software

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') are the agreement between your coaching center and CampusQ for using the CampusQ coaching management platform. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you accept these Terms on behalf of your organization. Please read them — they are written to be understood, not to hide things.

1. The service

CampusQ is cloud software for running a coaching center: student records, enrollment, attendance, exams and results, fee collection, SMS notifications and reports. Features and capacity limits (students, teachers, courses, batches, storage, SMS) depend on the subscription package you choose. We continuously improve the service and may add, change or retire features.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. The account owner is responsible for all activity under their organization's accounts, including users they create (teachers, staff, students). Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

New organizations start with a free trial — no payment is needed to try the service. After the trial you can continue on a paid package, billed monthly or yearly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a subscription is not renewed, access may be suspended; your data is kept for a grace period (see section 8) so you can renew or export it.

4. Payments and refunds

Subscription and SMS-credit payments are processed through bKash. Paid fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it or a verified billing error occurred. Fees your students pay to your center through CampusQ (e.g., course fees via bKash) belong to your center; we process them on your behalf and settle them to you under the disbursement terms shown in your console.

5. SMS credits

SMS credits are prepaid and consumed when messages are sent. Purchased credits are non-refundable except for verified delivery failures caused by us. You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your account and for complying with applicable telecom regulations — bulk spam or harassment is prohibited.

6. Your data and your students' data

Your organization owns the data you enter into CampusQ — student records, attendance, results, payments. We process it only to provide the service and we never sell it. You are responsible for having the right to store your students' information (including guardian contact details) and for informing them how it is used.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use CampusQ for anything unlawful, attempt to access other organizations' data, probe or overload the service, upload malicious content, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

8. Cancellation, termination and data export

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or extended non-payment. After termination your data remains exportable for 60 days, after which it is permanently deleted from production systems.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep CampusQ available around the clock, but the service is provided 'as is' and short maintenance windows or outages can occur. Support is available via WhatsApp and the contact channels on this site during business hours (Sun–Thu, 9:00–18:00 BST).

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you in the app or via your account contact details at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
